Chip serves as World Impact’s Chief Financial Officer with offices in Wichita and Los Angeles.
Chip and his wife Nancy have raised 3 daughters in Wichita. Two of his daughters are now teachers serving in low-income public schools. Chip enjoys spending time with his family and is an avid golfer. He also loves to hunt and fish when time allows. He is a lifelong Kansas City Chiefs, Kansas City Royals and Wichita State Shocker fan. His family attends Pathway Church in Wichita.
After receiving a job transfer to Dallas, Juan Pablo and Sol became heavily involved in an inner-city ministry through Irving Bible Church (IBC) and began to feel called to inner-city missions. They joined the World Impact staff in 2007 shortly after planting Iglesia del Maestro.
Juan Pablo and Sol serve the Hispanic community by bringing souls to Christ, preparing leaders through TUMI (The Urban Ministry Institute) in Dallas and Mexico, and planting churches in the city.
In 1970 Al led a team from Tabor College that facilitated a Bible club program in urban communities of Wichita. In 1972, Al began as the director of World Impact Wichita and moved into the house on Estelle Street.
Al is currently the Midwest Regional Vice President of World Impact. Ruth serves part-time with billing and accounting and teaches Sunday School at Lighthouse Community Church (a World Impact church plant). They have two daughters Joetta (married to Scott Entz) and Leane.
Kaitlyn Brown serves as our national Communications Specialist where she is able to use her love of art, design, and culture in creating digital and print media for the national ministry.
