Becky and Jim met at Tabor College in 1980 and were married in 1988. Jim was instrumental in building a discipleship program for Morning Star Ranch in Florence, KS in the 1980s and Becky served as the camp nurse for many years.
In April of 2011, they began their work with World Impact Dallas where they work with families in the community, serve with visiting mission groups, and lead weekly prayer walks in the neighborhood
Shaun Estrada is originally from Wichita, KS and now currently resides in Dallas, TX. Shaun has been happily married to her husband David for almost two decades and they continue to enjoy raising their beautiful children.
Shaun assists the director with administrative functions, coordinating volunteers and church communications. In addition, Shaun serves in the Membership department and leads the Women's ministry at Antioch Church.
After receiving a job transfer to Dallas, Juan Pablo and Sol became heavily involved in an inner-city ministry through Irving Bible Church (IBC) and began to feel called to inner-city missions. They joined the World Impact staff in 2007 shortly after planting Iglesia del Maestro.
Juan Pablo and Sol serve the Hispanic community by bringing souls to Christ, preparing leaders through TUMI (The Urban Ministry Institute) in Dallas and Mexico, and planting churches in the city.
Ted grew up in the inner-city of Baltimore, MD. Since giving his life to Christian service nearly three decades ago, he has served as a missionary to the Philippines, youth minister, conference speaker, pastor, church planter, mentor, coach, and currently serves as the director of World Impact Dallas, an inner-city missions organization.
